Our maintenance agreements include electronic monitoring of your infrastructure. You will also get a dedicated mailbox for issues and requests for your company.

During the length of the agreement, we will take care of IT tasks as needed by your company, so you can spend your time focusing on your business knowing that everything will “just work”. We will not exceed the agreement time without written authorization from you, and only actual touch time is billed. This keeps your IT costs predictable, and keeps your company’s interests in mind.
